Multiple Recipient Corporate Cookie Gifts

Do you have a list of multiple recipients to send gifts to?

Take advantage of our easy to use template with these simple steps:

1. Download our List Template in Excel format here.
2. See the instructions tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet template to get step by step instructions on how to complete the template.
3. When complete, save your work to your computer.
4. Email the template as an attachment to and reference the subject line with the Company Name and the Senders Name.

When we receive your email, we will call for the following information:

• To review order information.
• To determine the UPS Shipping Method (Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) you would like to use
• To discuss Volume Shipping Rates
• To discuss delivery dates of gifts based on the shipping method chosen
• If you would like a custom logo gift card then we will need to have a logo sent to us via email.

Please remember regarding shipping:

• Please make sure addresses are correct and the form has been proofed for typos and errors. This is very important to avoid additional charges from UPS for address corrections.
• Any package that is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information, untimely pick-up by recipient or recipient no longer at address, which is then returned to Cornerstone Cookie Co., will not be refunded. Also, it will only by re-shipped at customers request and cost. To help defray some of the expense of re-shipping, we will charge you 75% of the gift cost plus shipping as this is an address error beyond our control.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses and international addresses.
