Shipping
Who do you use for a shipping carrier?
All orders placed online are shipped via UPS.
What happens if I put incorrect shipping information?
Based on the delivery information given by the ordering customer, if UPS is unable to deliver any package due to an incorrect or incomplete address (examples include, but are not limited to, missing suite, apartment, or unit numbers, old addresses, and missing/incorrect ZIP Codes), UPS will determine and make reasonable efforts to secure the correct or complete address. If the correct or complete address is secured, UPS will attempt delivery. An additional charge of $10 will be assessed to your credit card for an address correction fee. We reserve the right to pass along any additional charges from UPS to the ordering customer resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer. Any package that is unable to be delivered due to incorrect information or recipient no longer at address, which is then returned to Cornerstone Cookie Co., will not be refunded and will only by re-shipped at customers request and cost.
Can I ship to Hospitals?
Yes, you must specify a room number. We are not responsible for gifts once they arrive at the hospital loading dock. It is solely the responsibility of the hospital to arrange delivery to a specific room.
Can I Ship to Hotels?
Yes, you must specify a room number as well as provide the hotel phone number. We are not responsible for gifts after they arrive to the hotel. It is solely the responsibility of the hotel to get the package to the hotel guest.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, but we can only ship to Canada and Mexico. Please CALL to place order. Please note that your gift will be shipped via USPS and CANNOT be placed online.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes, but your order will be shipped via USPS. Please CALL to place your order, because your order CANNOT be placed online
What time of the day will my package arrive?
UPS will deliver approximately from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM (extended times may apply during the holidays). Typically, they will deliver to businesses first, and then to residential addresses.
Does UPS require a signature for delivery?
Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. HOWEVER, if there is no one there to accept the package, and the UPS driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, s/he is required NOT to leave the package. UPS will make three delivery attempts and will leave a note on the door following each delivery attempt. The note will state that the recipient may pick the package up at the appropriate UPS center. However, UPS only holds the package for a limited time, and if the package is not picked up in a timely manner, it will result in the package being returned to Cornerstone Cookie Co. There will not be a refund for the package, and it will only by re-shipped at customers request and cost.
Business addresses do require a signature, but not necessarily from the recipient whose name is on the box. Anyone in the building is able to sign for the package. Please note that once delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the company to deliver the package to the recipient. Can I specify an exact arrival date?
Yes! In the "Customize Your Order" section at checkout you will have the option to specify a preferred future delivery date. You can choose any date (other than weekends and UPS holidays) that falls AFTER the estimated Ground shipping date to your delivery address. Customer service will ensure that your gift is shipped in time to arrive by your chosen date.
If I place my order today, will it arrive by today?
Same Day Delivery is ONLY available in the metropolitan Atlanta, GA area please call Cornerstone Cookie Company Customer Service at 866-845-9229 before 12 pm EST to place your order. Regular courier charges will apply. Most times throughout the year this request can be accommodated. Please also note that this order CANNOT be placed online.

Our facility is located in the metropolitan Atlanta, GA area.
How do I track my package and when do I receive a tracking?
At any time after you've placed your order you can login to your account and check the status of your order. If you used our Guest Checkout option you will receive an email with a special password to login and view the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive two emails. The first is a confirmation email from Cornerstone notifying you that your order has been completed. The second is your "UPS Quantum View" email containing all of your order tracking information. Follow the link in that email to track the status of your package.

Our Products
How long will my product retain its quality and freshness?
Our products are ALL natural which means they do not contain artificial ingredients or preservatives! Please note that our product has a 14 day shelf life.
Do your products contain nuts?
Currently, we are using PEANUTS and TREE NUTS in some of our products. We take measures to ensure that there is no co-mingling of ingredients, however given the presence of nuts in our bakery there is always a chance that nut-free products could come into contact with nuts and/or their by-products. If you have ANY further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail Customer Service.
Are any of your products sugar-free?
Sorry! At this time none of our products are sugar-free
Are your products gluten free?
No, all of our products contain wheat and wheat flour.
Are any of your products impacted by the recent peanut butter recalls?
No, ALL our products are SAFE.
In recipes that use peanut butter which include our Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chip Cookies, Peanut Butter Chip Cookies and our Chocolate
Peanut Butter Cake, we only use JIF brand peanut butter which states
the following on their website:
No products made by The J. M. Smucker Company are included in the Food and Drug
Administration recall of foodservice peanut butter and peanut butter products.
Our peanut butter products and brands are safe for consumption, including
Smucker’s®, Jif®, Smucker's Uncrustables®, Adams®, Laura Scudder's®, Eagle
Brand® and Pillsbury® brands.
The J. M. Smucker Company does not purchase
peanuts or any ingredients from Peanut Corporation of America.
Also, in our Peanut Butter Chip Cookies, the peanut butter chips
were bought through DAWN Food Products which states the following on
their website:
Dawn’s ongoing investigation shows that none of our bakery products or
ingredients are involved in the recent national recall that includes peanut
butter and peanut-based ingredients. We do not use peanut butter or related
peanut butter products from Peanut Corporation of America or peanut butter
distributed by King Nut under the King Nut label or Parnell’s Pride brand.
Ordering
How far in advance can I place my order?
As early as you'd like! Cornerstone Cookie Company will always accept early orders to have them arrive on your specified delivery date.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
Here at Cornerstone Cookie Company we strive to make our customers happy and that our packages are delivered on time. We're confident that you'll love our products and services. However, if you are dissatisfied with any part of your experience, we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Just call or e-mail Customer Service and someone will promptly assist you!
How do I know my online order was received at your company?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received. Please review the information provided - that way, we are able to make any necessary adjustments before shipping your order.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please call us toll free at 866-845-9229 before the scheduled ship date and Customer Service will gladly assist you. Note: Your order CANNOT be changed or cancelled once it has been shipped.
Can you bill my company for corporate orders?
Yes! Just call our Cornerstone Cookie Company between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday about setting up a company account. Phone: 866-845-9229.
Do you have a picture catalogue?
No, at this time we are not producing a catalogue. During the holidays as well as throughout the year, we send email newsletters which contain pictures and specials. If you have internet access, our web site is your best resource. It has pictures of all of our current products, as well as seasonal products, sales, and promotions!
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax applies to any shipments or deliveries made in the state of Georgia. Call for latest tax rate.
